Founded in 2015 and based in Singapore, The Golden Duck (TGD) is a pioneer in creating globally celebrated snacks, starting with their iconic Salted Egg Yolk flavor. TGD’s umami-packed creations are now enjoyed in over 20 countries, with innovative flavors continuing to surprise and delight snack lovers worldwide.

As The Golden Duck experienced rapid growth, their eCommerce store faced challenges that hindered user experience and sales potential. Key issues included:
