Challenge
MST Golf’s previous eCommerce platform was a bespoke system that was costly and difficult to maintain. It struggled with complex user journeys, a confusing menu structure, and ineffective categorization, impacting customer experience and sales. Additionally, the large inventory across multiple retail locations created challenges in maintaining accurate online listings. Despite having an advanced API integration stack for offline operations, it lacked automation for streamlining the online experience.
Solution
Meekco migrated MST Golf’s eCommerce operations to Shopify Plus, delivering a sleek, modern interface with enhanced usability. We seamlessly integrated their ERP system via API to enable real-time inventory updates and efficient operations. Starting with the Malaysia store, we later scaled the migration and integration to their Singapore and Indonesia stores.
